SIMULUS Licenses

The software provided represents a lot of effort with multiple years of developments and is made to you available under a very permissive license at no cost. While the full source code is provided, the software is not "Open-Source Software" as defined by the OSI as the licenses limit some of your rights to territory of the Member States of the European Space Agency and therefore does not allow completely free distribution on the internet. However, you can download, use, modify and redistribute the software with a great extend of freedom offered by the terms of the license. Please check out the terms, as they are quite straight forward and you should not need a lawyer to read them. Reading time is about 20 minutes.
